Kiicity LED Skincare Mask
There is no FDA filing for this device. The figures below come from the manual that ships with the unit, from the brand, and from its supplier, each with its source next to it. We have not measured any of them ourselves.
Three specification sets, and the one we publish
Three different specification sets for the same product reached us between 14 August and 11 September. The brand's email of 14 August lists 630, 520 and 470 nm across 60 × 3 LEDs and no near-infrared; its supplier lists 470, 590, 630 and 850 nm across 90 LEDs, which would include near-infrared; an image from the same supplier lists six wavelengths. None of the three is more authoritative than the others, because no one in the chain measured the device.
We resolved this against the only source tied to the physical unit: the manual that ships in the box. The manual matches the email set (630 / 520 / 470 nm) and adds 590 nm. It does not mention the 850 nm near-infrared from the supplier's set, and it describes purple as a red + blue combination rather than a 435 nm LED as the supplier's image claimed. The manual refers to "seven light sources", but its own list is badly assembled — it repeats blue and mentions a "blue laser light". The manual also makes efficacy claims that we did not evaluate and do not repeat here.

Hands-on evaluation
This is our judgement of the unit we were sent, separate from the specifications above, which carry their own sources.
- Fit
- Oversized, with no way to adjust it. It does not sit close to the skin across the whole face, so the distance from the LEDs varies by area.
- Comfort
- Uncomfortable to wear during sessions, and it left pressure marks on the face afterwards.
- Coverage
- 90 LEDs — a supplier figure, not stated in the manual — spread over a large mask give limited coverage.
- Build quality
- Below what we would expect at this price point.
The device performed poorly on fit, comfort and build quality, and with no published irradiance and inconsistent specifications, its output cannot be verified. Kiicity was transparent and responsive throughout the process.
